Last night’s Busywork at Detroit Bar was also a celebration for Rockberry’s birthday. We brought Erik (Rockberry) a brand new GOST hoodie hot off of the presses. GMO showed up in his new GOST “Rider Halftone” tee and everyone was looking good to start off the night.
It’s Wednesday night that means it is time for another Busywork! Tonight’s installment will be very special because we will be celebrating the birthday of prominent OC dj (and sometime GOST model) Erik Rockberry! Set the Tivo to record LOST tonight and come out and have some shots of tequila with us and celebrate the “Mexican Edition” of OC’s busiest night, BUSYWORK!
Okay, so you have finished all of your designs, made all of your sales calls, sent everything off to the printers and now at long last your final product is ready to be delivered…but WHERE??
Sounds like it is time to build a warehouse!
Juho Pispa from Finland (GOST is global, WHAT!!) sent in this pic of his jeans. GOST doesn’t make denim (yet!), but Juho left the Ghost and Knives keychain in his back pocket for three months and it faded an impression of the logo right into the denim. Pretty cool effect!

For the uninitiated, Alexa is software that you can download that tracks the rankings (popularity) of every single site on the world wide web. I’ve blogged about it before, but basically all you need to know is that after you install the software every time you visit a site its Alexa ranking will appear in the bottom right corner.
We have finally gone into production for our VERY FIRST line! I went by the printer’s in LA to check up on the production and make sure everything was running smoothly.
The NEW Monthly event, “FADED KNXN” brought to you by MUTE Fridays (at Proof) and GOST got kicked off right last weekend with a special DJ set from AUTOEROTIQUE! Thanks to everyone who came out to support “The Nightmare Before Valentine’s Day” on Friday the 13th. Every month MUTE 97 and GOST will be teaming up to bring the best party to the Heart of Downtown Santa Ana in the Artists Village. FADED KNXN will always feature DJs COLOSSAL KNXN and the FADED TEQUILA WORMZ as well MUTE Friday Residents, LEGIT, ROCKBERRY and CHRIS SANTIAGO. Clear your calendars for March 6th. I was checking GOST’s MySpace profile: reading fanmail, adding friends and whatnot when I came across a friend request from a hot, sexy lady named “Jasmine!” This should not be too noteworthy to anyone familiar with MySpace because it is not at all uncommon to receive spam friend requests from hot, scantily clad women (allegedly) looking to drive traffic to their porn sites.
