Here is the flyer I made for the Kid Sister / Flosstradamus show coming up at Detroit Bar in about a month. This is a real live picture from the Tower of Terror at Disneyland’s California Adventure theme park. G-MO has an annual membership to the Disneyland Parks and frequents them often. One of G-MO’s favorite past-times is trying to get funny pictures on the rides. This past weekend G-MO decided to get out of his seat belt on the Tower of Terror before the free-fall drop. The resulting photo came out pretty epic. Unfortunately the photo was “not up to Disney standards,” so they wouldn’t release the photo to him, but he was able to snap a quick photo of it with his cell phone before it was destroyed.

Our distributor in Japan, Kentaro (Ease International) sent in photos of some of the parties and events they have been throwing.
My family has a skatepark in Texas, Eisenbergs Skatepark, and every year we host a giant competition for rollerbladers called the Hoedown. This year will be our THIRTEENTH year putting on the contest!
My girlfriend, Nikki, and I went to Austin, Texas over the weekend. I’d long heard that Austin was the “self-proclaimed live music capital of the world,” and from the moment we stepped off the airplane Austin did everything it could to prove it. There was a guy with a guitar playing live music right next to the gate when we arrived and everywhere you turned there was another reference to or celebration of live music.

Franco Shade made the announcement Thursday on their blog that they are closing up shop. They are done.
