Tis the Season! My daughter was in a holiday program at school. That’s her in the middle dressed like Mrs. Claus (holding a light saber??). So precious!
I was looking around, checking out the festive decorations when I noticed a failed attempt at a peace symbol that had become an inadvertent Mercedes logo.
Or was it??
LuLu’s school is located in the heart of Newport, an upper-middle class, white enclave of Orange County where it would not be hard to imagine Mercedes’ tri-spoked logo being elevated to the status of a sacred symbol.
You know what, fuck it. I’m with Newport. I’ll take the Mercedes!
